This Cookie Statement explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our websites and how you can manage your preferences. For more information about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
Current status: our website currently uses only strictly necessary cookies — we do not use analytics or marketing cookies, and there is no cookie banner at this time. If we introduce optional cookies in the future, we will provide a preference tool to manage them, and the categories and "preference center" descriptions below will apply from then on.
1) What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain until expiry or deletion).
Cookies may be first-party cookies (set by Harmonity) or third-party cookies (set by our service providers).
We may also use similar technologies (e.g., pixels, SDKs, local storage). For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies".
2) Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies to: (i) enable core site functionality; (ii) remember preferences; (iii) measure and improve site performance; and (iv) support marketing and advertising (where enabled).
Some cookies are strictly necessary to provide the website; others are optional and depend on your consent.
3) Cookie categories we use
Strictly Necessary. Required for the website to work (security, page navigation, load balancing, consent management). Cannot be turned off in our preference center.
Functional. Improves functionality and personalization (e.g., remembering settings). May include tools like chat widgets if they rely on cookies.
Analytics. Helps us understand usage and improve the website (e.g., pages visited, clicks, time on page). We use analytics vendors for these purposes.
Marketing. Helps deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see ads, and understand ad performance. This may include pixels/tags such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Important: Strictly Necessary cookies do not require consent under many cookie laws; optional cookies (Functional/Analytics/Marketing) are only used if you enable them via our cookie banner/preferences (where applicable).
4) Embedded content and third-party providers
Our websites may include embedded content and features provided by third parties (for example: YouTube, Vimeo, Intercom, HubSpot, and social media integrations). These providers may set cookies or use similar technologies and may collect information about your interaction with their content.
Third parties process data under their own privacy notices and terms. We do not control third-party cookies in these circumstances.
Where required, these cookies will only be set after you provide consent via our cookie preferences.
5) Cookie list and details
You can view a detailed list of cookies and similar technologies used on our website, including their name, provider, purpose, and retention/expiry, in our Cookie Preferences interface.
6) How to manage your cookie preferences
Because only strictly necessary cookies are used at this time, there are no optional cookies to manage. When optional cookies are introduced, you will be able to manage them through a cookie preference tool; until then, you can also control cookies via your browser settings.
Optional cookies (Functional, Analytics, Marketing) will not be set unless you enable them (where required by law).
You can also control cookies via your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. If you block all cookies, parts of the website may not work.
What happens if you reject optional cookies? If you reject Analytics and/or Marketing cookies, some features may be limited. For example: embedded YouTube/Vimeo videos may not load or may load with reduced functionality; Intercom/HubSpot chat features may not work as intended; we may not be able to measure website performance effectively; ads may be less relevant, and ad measurement may be less accurate.
7) Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT. We currently do not respond to DNT signals.
8) How long do cookies last?
Cookie lifetimes vary depending on purpose and provider. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Specific expiry/retention is shown in the Cookie Preferences.
9) Data protection and security
Where cookies involve processing personal data, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data, and we process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10) Updates to this Cookie Statement
We may update this Cookie Statement from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our practices. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made.
Cookie Preferences
Once optional cookies are introduced, you will be able to manage your cookie preferences through a preference tool. At this time the site uses only strictly necessary cookies and does not display a cookie banner.
Necessary (Always On). Required to operate the site, maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, balance traffic, and remember your cookie preferences. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional. Enables enhanced functionality and personalization. This may include third-party features (e.g., embedded YouTube/Vimeo video players and website chat widgets like Intercom/HubSpot) that may set cookies or access device information.
Analytics. Helps us understand how the site is used (e.g., visits, traffic sources, interactions) so we can improve it. We may use analytics vendors to collect usage information.
Marketing. Used to show, deliver, and measure ads and campaigns, including via third-party pixels (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google). These partners may use identifiers to build audiences, measure ad performance, and personalize ads.
