Why we started
Legal work isn’t only a matter of legislation, documents, or expertise. It’s also a matter of access to knowledge, consistency, coordination, and trust.
In many teams today, legal knowledge is scattered across files, emails, comments, meeting notes, and personal memory. Why a decision was made is forgotten over time. Standards aren’t always applied the same way. The same information is searched for again and again, and the same assessments are repeated.
This doesn’t just waste time. It reduces visibility, weakens control, surfaces risks too late, and slows decisions down.
Harmonity was built to move this scattered structure into a more organized, traceable, and intelligent order.
A lawyer’s eye, an engineer’s discipline
Harmonity began with a real need seen in the field. Our founder, Melih Burak Yıldız, spent his years as a practicing lawyer watching legal work get stuck inside manual flows. People worked hard, but their systems didn’t support them to the same degree.
Knowledge was scattered. Processes weren’t visible. Standards varied from person to person. The history of decisions faded over time.
The answer wasn’t just a new tool. It needed a better-structured, more reliable, and more intelligent way of working. Harmonity was founded to answer that need — bringing a lawyer’s perspective together with an engineer’s discipline.

What we’re building

We treat AI not only as an assistant that answers, but as a support layer that works with selected files and sources and opens its suggestions to review.
