A few things about credits.
What uses AI credits?
AI Agent, drafting, review and authorized background work use the same personal credit balance.
Usage depends on your chosen model, text length and required steps. A credit is not a fixed number of questions or documents.
Manual editing, comments, approval decisions, viewing and permitted downloads do not use AI credits.
How do personal balances and rollover work?
Each user has a separate balance. Credits are not pooled, shared or transferred between users. The user starting AI work spends their own credits.
Unused regular monthly credits roll over to the next monthly period only. The carried balance expires at the end of that period and cannot roll over again. Regular balance caps are 40,000 for Essential, 70,000 for Business and 160,000 for Business Max. Bonuses and purchased top-ups are separate from these caps. Eligible credits with the earliest expiry are used first. Annual plans also receive credits monthly. Enterprise terms are set in the written quote.
New chargeable AI work stops when credits run out. There is no automatic overage charge.
How does the 10,000-credit welcome bonus work?
Essential, Business and Business Max include a one-time 10,000-credit welcome bonus on first paid-seat activation. It expires 30 days after grant, does not roll over and cannot be earned again by cancelling and rejoining. Initial totals are 30,000, 45,000 and 90,000 credits respectively. Subsequent months renew the regular plan allowance. An Enterprise bonus is included only if specified in the written quote.

Are credits shared across the team?
No. Every user has an individual balance. The user who starts an AI task or sponsors authorized background work pays from their own credits.
How is AI usage limited in Essential?
AI Agent, multi-document reviews, report generation and playbook reviews use your personal AI credits without separate monthly job quotas. Multi-document review and Ask Workspace batches support up to 5 documents; you can keep 1 personal playbook and 3 approval workflows active. Extra credits do not change these capacity limits.
What does 3 active approval workflows mean?
Keep up to three approval workflow definitions active at a time. There is no monthly start quota. Sequential and parallel workflows share the same active limit. Manual approvals, comments and sharing without AI use no credits.
Is the template count a monthly download limit?
No. It is the number of distinct Harmonity templates accessible through your plan. Languages, formats and versions of one template count once. Personal and team templates are separate. Opening, copying or downloading without AI does not use credits.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plan and add-on prices are shown as monthly equivalents; the upfront annual total is 12 times that amount. Savings vary by plan and add-on. Credits are added monthly. The one-time 10,000-credit top-up has no annual discount.

What happens when I run out of credits?
New chargeable AI tasks stop. File viewing, manual editing and permitted export remain available. An additional 10,000 credits costs TRY 1,499 + VAT. There is no automatic overage debt or purchase.
Must the whole team buy Research and UYAP?
No. Add them to selected users with a main plan. Research or the bundle includes 1,000 additional monthly personal credits, granted once in the bundle. UYAP alone adds no credits.
Can I upload UDF files without UYAP?
Yes. Manual UDF upload in supported document workflows is part of the main plan. The UYAP add-on imports authorized files and documents; it does not promise filing or submitting documents to UYAP.
What if a task fails technically?
If a technical failure produces no usable result, reserved credits are released. A technical retry of the same job is not charged twice. Partial-result and user-cancellation terms are shown before the task starts.
Does requesting a demo start a subscription?
No. A demo request starts a conversation about your needs. This page does not collect payments or start a subscription.
