Your profile, password and notifications

Everything about your own account lives on one screen. It takes about a minute to set up and rarely needs revisiting.

Personal information

1. Open Account → Profile in the sidebar, or select your avatar in the top right and choose Account settings.
2. Edit your First Name, Last Name, Job Title and Phone Number. First and last name are required; the other two are optional.
3. Select Update Profile to save.

Change your password

1. In Profile, find the Security section and select Change Password.
2. Enter your Old Password, then your New Password. The requirements are checked as you type.
3. Select Save.

A new password must meet all five requirements:

• At least 8 characters, and no more than 25
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one digit
• No spaces

Display language

The Language section switches the interface between English and Turkish. The change applies immediately and is remembered on this device, so signing in elsewhere may show your other language until you set it there too.

Notifications

Notifications cover document activity, comments, approval requests and decisions, task reminders and subscription events. They arrive in real time and the bell in the top bar carries the unread count.

1. Select the bell in the top bar, or choose Notifications from your avatar menu.
2. Select a notification to open the document or screen it refers to.
3. Use Mark all as read to clear the badge, or archive individual notifications you have already handled.
