Usage, packages and credits

Who this guide is for

Users and account administrators monitoring package scope and usage.

Before you begin

• Identify your organization’s current proposal or agreement and account administrator.
• Write down the action and account period to check; do not use an old screenshot as current entitlement information.

Work through the task

1. If usage or subscription views are available, open the correct company and period. Record the counter label, unit and observation time together.
2. Compare the intended feature’s scope with the current proposal or agreement. Treat document counts, AI usage units and storage amounts separately.
3. If usage differs from expectations, list recent actions, retries and ongoing work. Ask support to confirm their counter impact if the rule is unclear.
4. For a quota message, record the error and time and check the previous action’s saved result. Clarify whether work completed or remains in progress before trying again.
5. Contact the account administrator or support with company, period, action type and displayed counter. Recheck the relevant view after receiving an answer about renewal, additional use or a correction.

Check your result

• The counter was read for the correct company and period and compared with the current agreement.
• The interrupted action’s state was checked and the reason for retrying or changing usage is clear.

If something goes wrong

• If the usage view is unavailable, ask the account administrator to check access. A missing view does not imply unlimited use.
• Do not assume automatic credits or payment refunds for a failed action; request confirmation using its time and displayed state.
• If renewal timing is unclear, ask for the timezone as well. Do not derive new prices or entitlements from old package information or technical counters.
