Request Security Package
Use this page to request Harmonity’s security and compliance documentation for procurement, legal review, or vendor onboarding. We can share materials directly, and under NDA where required.
1. What you’ll receive

- Architecture overview (high-level)
- Access control & auditability overview
- Data handling & privacy overview
- AI & data governance overview
- Reliability / incident communication overview
- Subprocessor list (vendor, purpose, region where applicable)
- DPA / privacy addendum (if requested)
- SLA (if applicable to your plan)
If your organization requires a specific format (questionnaire, SIG, CAIQ, custom vendor form), upload it and we’ll respond.
2. How sharing works (NDA + confidentiality)

If you’re already in contact with Sales, you can also send the same information to your account owner and CC support@harmonity.ai.
